Has anyone seen the Tiffany Metro WB in person?

Howdy,
I'm going to go try on some WBs in Vancouver this weekend and wonder if anyone's seen the Tiffany Metro bands in person. The SA at Tiff's didn't have a ruler, but guestimated that they were about 1mm wide, which seems a little TOO tiny for my taste, especially since my ering is 2mm wide. Would love to know if anyone's tried these on yet.

Yes, I have and have tried it on too. It''s a really thin band, even thinner than my HW band but would go well with it. I think two of the Metro rings would go great with your beauty.

I have not seen it in person, but that is such a pretty band. Thin yes, but I bet it sparkles like mad!

Thanks ginzagirl and Diamond*Dana - I can always count on you to scope out the yummy bling! I was able to track down another customer service person who measured its width at 1.4 mm, but she said the same thing as D*D: "It sparkles like crazy."

My other option is the Lucida plain platinum which might be a nice stand-by WB to have for travels, etc. We'll see what the weekend brings!

Funny you mention this because I just saw it on Tiffany's website today. It looks very thin and delicate. I like the looks of it! It appears to be a bit thinner than the Novo band. Too bad they aren't offering it in platinum. I will have to check it out myself next time I go into the store.

I like it too but can''t figure out why they''re only doing it in white, yellow and rose gold. Normally, I wouldn''t go the WG route, but if Tiffany will help with the maintenance, then it may be worth a try.

Like D*D said, it does sparkle like crazy and is an absolutely beautiful and very well made band. It is substantially smaller than the Novo band.

I just measured mine and it is around 1.7-1.8ish. So this would make the Metro around 1.5. Very very thin but seems sturdy as well as delicate.

Would your gorgeous cushion allow it to sit flush? If it does then on each side would be yummy! Mine does not so I''m still debating on whether to get the band or not.

Have fun and try on lots of other rings too!

i tried it on in rose gold a few weeks ago and loved it. very delicate and sparkley. couldn''t quite plunk down the cash for it though, especially since i wanted two to stack on either side of my bezel-set RHR. at home i looked for it on the web site but it wasn''t listed - must be a recent addition. also when i asked the SA which collection it belonged to, he said it didn''t have a name. just micropave. so i''m glad to have seen this link (now i can sigh over the pics while i save up my pennies!

I just got the Metro yesterday in WG. Wish it came in platinum....Still trying to see if it works with my set, but will probably keep it even if I don''t like them together.....
