Has anyone purchased from usacerteddiamonds.com?

I found them here on PS and have e-mailed and called them for further information on some diamonds. After the first phone call, I was told they would e-mail me further information and pictures...a week went by and I received nothing. I called again and left a message. I got a call back and was told that they are closed for a couple days but will reopen this week and they will make my diamond search their top priority and the gentleman left me a very nice, polite message and apologized for the delay. Here it is Thursday and still nothing. I will probably take my business elsewhere but was just wondering if anyone here has any experience with them. Is this a rare blip in their customer service or is it usually this slow and unreliable? TIA!

I had about the same experience as you. I requested info about a stone I found in their list. I never heard back from them. I guess I have less patience than you, because after the first time they didn''t return my call & email, that was it. Try GOG - they were very prompt in replies. Best wishes,

same experience.. i requested info on-line, it took about a week for a phone call back to me, then another few days for a return email.. very slow process.. i have taken them off my list

Ditto here - found three diamonds I wanted info on. Rec''d email saying that they would email me what I wanted the next day - a week goes by and then two and nothing.

I had nothing but excellent commo from Warren at JA and bought from them - oh well, their loss!!!

I bought from them and have been very satisfied ...? Not the fastest e-mail exchanges (usually takes 1-2 days to hear back), calling is also a good idea.

I purchased my marquise from them and was 100% satisfied. I had prompt replies from Martin and the whole process went great for me. Not sure what the explanation is for the inconsistency in service.
