I just wanted to give you all a big round of applause!!
I think if most of us were honest we would have to say that in this day of instant gratification, it is EXTREMELY hard to control your weight. I have always struggled with mine, from a teenager to the present day. What works for me is to avoid processed foods as much as is humanly possible and to try and reason with myself if I am hungry or if i am eating a snack, to "feel better." I think a lot of us are emotional eaters and this can be a very difficult cycle to break. The best thing to do is to try and examine your eating habits and edit them accordingly! Good luck to all of us! We all deserve apat on the back for even trying!
