Has Anyone Had Any Problems Withe ICESTORE in California?

Just wondering if anyone has had any problems with the ICESTORE located in California as to bad diamonds, bad service, price etc, especially in dealing with Ariel? Thanks

I called them about a diamond and I enjoyed chatting with Ariel. I didn''t go with it, but it was a great price-in fact, they had the best price on the diamond out of all the Pricescope vendors. Just a heads up, they only do wire transfers, if I recall correctly-no credit cards.

I talked to Ariel regarding some cushions I was interested in. I was between his stone and a stone from Union Diamond. I really wanted to do my research and figure out if which was the best for my money ( his was a 2.37 GVS2 with a smaller depth and Union Diamond had a HSI1 with a more chunky look- that was also 7,000 less). I was unsure for several days and I really started feeling pressure from Ariel. When I finally decided to go with the stone from Union Diamond (they were great!) I felt he got an atitude with me. Anyway, just my 2 cents....
