Has anyone been to Bridal Rings in downtown LA?

My BF and I just got started on our hunt and ended up in Bridal Rings in the International Jewelry Plaza in downtown LA. We had a good experience (haven''t purchased anything yet) but I''m curious to see what others have experienced. Thanks for your input!

I've never done more than browse in the jewelery district, so I can't offer any thoughts. Sorry!

I can say that I would feel uncomfortable buying a stone down there as opposed to one of the vendors "endorsed" by pricescope... I had quite a few jewelery district vendors show me not-so-nice stones that were very obviously over-appraised and over-priced.

I had a great experience with Bridal Rings. We bought my oval from them. They are on the sixth floor, so the experience is a bit different from the vast array of booths on the ground floor. They don't push--unlike some on the ground level. It's a very relaxed experience.

It's great also, when you know exactly what you are looking for. When I went in, I knew specifically what I wanted as far as dimensions, cut, quality etc. I worked with Cathy Lee, and she pulled several ovals from their inventory that met my description.

With the jewelry mart, it's best to go knowing what you want. I like the vendors that are off the ground floor, though I have had great experiences with both. You picked a good one with Bridal Rings
