I recently purchased a setting from them and had a terrible experience. I wish I had done some seaching of this board prior to setting foot in this store because there are other stories of thier poor workmanship and customer service. Wish someone had told me, so I''d like to tell others. My experience wasn''t as aweful as others I found in a search, but I dealt with nagging calls asking for more $ after leaving a deposit, store reps who I couldn''t trust more than I could throw, cheap sales tactics, no help whatsoever after they made the sale, etc, etc.
Be warned.
 
We''ve seen exactly the opposite for consumers from this firm. No retailer can defend themself from such accusations without making the situation even worse. It is too bad things went badly for you, but you are the exception. We''ve seen many consumers who misrepresented their problems to us when they visited us for a mediation or an attempted solution. Some peiople claim they want to solve a problem, but actually just prefer to complain. Many an appointment to develop a cure to a problem has been broken by irresponsible individuals. I have yet to see Harzin not attempt to make a settlement or make good on any problem. Again, your problem may be real and that''s most unfortunate.

No retailer is perfect and few consumers can claim perfection, either. Harzin may have made a mess of the problem with you, but enjoys an excellent overall reputation. I have lots of experience in this locale and don''t base my support of them on a single experience, but many.
 
I''m sure they would appreciate your defense and probably have made many customers happy. But I like to share my experience as well so shoppers know what they may encounter when choosing a store to buy. A quick search on Harzin reveals only a few hits, but each that gave an opinion gave a negative one. If I can save shoppers in the future from the same disappointments, the time it took me to type this were worthwhile.
