Beautiful, handmade brooch I inherted from my mother. I don't wear jewelry and want to use the proceeds to further my education.

• 13,3gr 14ct yellow gold diamant and ruby
  1 x 7x6mm hart shaped ruby
  2 x 0,12ct natural brilliant cut diamonds
  2 x 0,06ct natural brilliant cut diamonds
  1 x 0,02ct natural brilliant cut diamond

Thank you for your advice - but I have absolutely no clue what you mean. I am new in this kind of thing - but I would welcome suggestions. I have some more jewelry I would like to sell, but thought to try this one first.
