Thanks! We had a family dinner at my grandmother''s and J came with us. It''s always so nice to see my mother''s side of the family; we don''t get to see them very often except at Christmas. We went to the Tulips Festival in Ottawa too. They''re so lovely! The Netherlands'' Royal Family sends nearly a million tulip bulbs to Canada to commemorate Canada''s role in the liberation of the Netherlands from the Nazies in WWII and it''s a very touching tradition.

My sister wanted me to make her a chocolate angel food cake so I did, and I got the custard and fruit pie I wanted. YUM!
