I had a lovely day, Hubby is at home for the next couple of weeks which is great, we went out to lunch and the funny thing was, I couldn't eat much of it as the WWTers know I have been strict with food recently, and what I had was too rich...

But I enjoyed what I had! No blingage

, but I had a new watch earlier this year which was costly, but I am getting 2 new cashmere sweaters, still waiting for one to arrive, a new purse which is gorgeous from a dear friend and some perfume! So I did rather well! I will be around the boards Anon, maybe not as much as usual for a week or 2 as Hubby is off and I have to fight for the computer, but we are also renovating our bedroom. First on the list is to knock out a fireplace, then we want to refinish the floorboards so we will be busy, but I will find some PS time, it is essential!

hehehe...as to fattening, I also had some chocolate fudge cake in custard, but I couldn't finish it....

Today we make a small window into the fireplace area to see what we have and how big a job it will be to restore it, so fingers crossed! This thread was such a lovely surprise for me, thanks again Kaleigh and Diamondfan!

Ha - I was thinking the same thing Ellen, we make a great team!

I have managed to jump onto the computer for a few minutes, we have hit pay dirt and found the fireplace, so the bedroom is full of dust and bricks! Gave me a good excuse to cough and splutter and sneak out for a few mins to catch up here!

Luckily we have a builder friend who was able to put us right who lives down the road, we got scared after we started bashing out bricks, but we know what we are doing now ( fingers crossed!)

Back to normal food today after my birthday nosh, in the grocery store they had one of my fave puddings - tiramisu - in a large pie size, but it would be a bit much for me to eat it all on my own as Hubby doesn''t like it, so regretfully I said nay...
