I recently purchased a handmade halo setting in platinum. I'm worried about the craftsmanship and I'm considering getting it reset. For those of you familiar with handmade and halo's, please let me know if this is decent quality. Thanks much in advance.

Here's a YouTube video under good lighting.

I think you'll need to provide more pictures, such as close up views of the profile, etc. I couldn't tell anything from the video. What are your concerns about what you can see?

Symmetry and a clean finish.

Did you see the two pictures, in addition to the video?

Yes, but the first picture needs to be greatly enlarged if you can do that.

And the second one on that black background makes it hard to tell anything.

I will tell you that I don't think there are a huge number of jewelers that can do a great quality pave ring. Will they allow you to return it if you are not happy with it? How much did it cost?

I agree - the pics & video you posted don't show much of anything. Side views, close-ups, etc. would be helpful. Also, what exactly are your concerns with the ring? Your post seems very vague.

You can see in the video that the box says "Lauren B".

Depending on what you paid I think the quality is just fine. The halo seems tight, there doesn't seem to be too much excess metal. The video doesn't help much but from the photos the quality seems good. The best ever? Couldn't say, but I don't know if what you paid warrents that kind of high expectations
