Halo Pendant WITHOUT extra metal around

Hello Everyone,
I am in search of a pendant with micropave (halo) around the center stone. I have seen a lot online with milgrain around it. My personal preference is withough the extra metal around the small diamonds around it.. Where can I find it? I just looked on BN and found these studs that come close to what i am looking for but for pendant.

Do you see the difference between two? I looked on WF website and they have a pendant WITH extra metal around it.

Another question is, is there a rule how big my center stone for my pendant should be in comparison to my studs? My studs are 0.92 each (from WF ACA) and I am looking for 0.75 center stone for my pendant.

ETA: if you don't want the bezel around the center, you can always ask ritani to switch it over to prongs

I think you will do better with a prong set, rather than a bezel set, mounting. You should see less metal.
