Half carat cushion cut diamond - what would you do with it?

I have inherited a half carat cushion cut diamond - very pretty - but I don't know what to do with it. I already have a lovely .78 carat round pendant - so I don't need another necklace. I could get a matching diamond and make stud earrings but what setting would look good with a cushion cut? I just don't know - what would you do - earrings, right hand ring, etc.? Thanks!

Drop earrings, like on a little hook instead of studs so it dangles a little. Or I'd make other pendant in a different color gold.

Find a colored gemstone in color and shape to complement the diamond cushion, and then go for a bypass ring! Or, find two such colored gemstones, and do a trio of stacking bezel rings!
