Hair and makeup questions? In Philly?

I''ve been trying to find a site that rates salons specifically for hair and makeup in philly but can''t find any and don''t know where to start. The place I get my hair cut is not in the city and he doesn''t do bridal hair unfortunately. Does anyone have any specific suggestions of great places for hair and makeup in Philly or any sites that I may have missed that review them?

Also how do people typically deal with makeup fading throughout the night, do they just touch it up themselves? Is there any particular makeup that is better for staying on?

David Witchell Salon in Newtown, PA is really good. Its about 25 mins outside of the city but well worth it. They are a top notch salon.

Hey there! Are you actually IN the city, or outside?

Jason from the Jason Matthew Salon does amazing wedding hair. He also has a make-up artist that is great. The salon is on 14th and Walnut. He didn''t do my wedding because I got married in my hometown, but he has done my hair for the past 5 years and I''ve seen pictures from weddings he has done. He''s amazing!
