Haggle with Online Vendors?

Are online vendors willing to benda little on their prices or would i just be wasting my time with an email/call? I am intersted in both Abazias and Union Diamond. Looking to shave off about $400 from a ring listed at $10,900. Anyone have experience with abazias or uniond diamond?

You can search for threads on them by typing in their names in the search box. Their mark up is very tight. But you can always try....

Internet prices are usually on the lowest end of a profit margin since there are so many diamonds on the internet, vendors want their diamond to be the best for the price and make the sale. So, I wouldn''t be to terribly surprised or disappointed if you cannot get the price down $400.00. Esspecially since the mark up is lower on larger stones (considering you''re willing to spend 10,000 I am assuming your in a larger carat weight).

I would suggest casually mentioning a better price for the ring, but don''t feel bad if they can''t go that low.

$400 is about 1/2 the profit so its highly unlikely.
