Could you please tell me what difference I will actually be able to notice when looking at normal round diamond, H&A, Solasfera, Eightstar? *Not under a loupe.

The ‘normal’ round diamond is a facet design called the round brilliant cut that has a facet design with 57 facets or faces on the stone (58 if it has an additional facet on the point called a culet).
‘H&A’ or hearts and arrows, is a pattern seen in a special viewer when looking at stones where the facets have been carefully aligned with one another by the cutter in order to generate the pattern. Usually, but not always, this is referring to round brilliant cut stones.
‘Eightstar’ is a brand of diamonds that cuts stones which exhibit the H&A pattern using the standard 57 facet design.
‘Solisfera’ is another brand of diamonds that features a different facet design than the traditional round brilliant. Their arrangement has 91 facets (92 if it’s got a culet).
