I need opinions!

Following BrightSpot''s great experience with BaronBoutique.com, we ordered a linen suit from them for FI for the wedding. The suit arrived yesterday and it''s very very nice. But the color was lighter than we expected. Turns out that I ordered the wrong color, Light Bark instead of Bark (I must have just selected the wrong code

). Problem is, now they''re out of stock of the Light Bark linen, and we still need to order a suit for his best man (we''re only having a best man and a MOH). We''re hoping that they will re-stock the Light Bark in the next couple of weeks... but if not we either have to order the 2nd suit in Bark and have them be different colors, or we have to order 2 new suits, both in Bark. Do you think that having them in two different colors will look really bad? I think it would be okay, but FI''s not sure. We like the lighter color. FI thinks it will be a better contrast with the rocks in the background.

Below are the swatches. Let me know your opinion!

Thanks!

Oh my lord, thats gorgeous!!!

I think different colors would be fine, I think its nice for the groom to be different and stand out. Its the same style (I assume) so the two suits will clearly go together.

Well that is a PITA, Lizzie! But I think you should first try to get another light bark suit for the BM, and if you cant, then let the BM wear the darker bark- I think it will be fine, look good, and be a nice contrast of colors, especially with your venue, which is absolutely gorgeous!!!

Hey lizzie,

I''m glad you liked the suit from Baron Boutique but am sorry to hear about the color mix-up. I think it would be fine if the 2 suits were in different colors. I like it when the groom''s attire looks a bit different than the attire of the BM & I think the bark & light bark colors compliment each other nicely. If your groom is in the lighter color, he will "pop" more in the photos taken against the rocks. (Your wedding site is stunning, by the way!

If you''d prefer the 2 suits to be in the same color, maybe you can shoot the guys at Baron Boutique an email to ask when they expect to have the light bark fabric in stock again. They were very responsive to my emails.

Let us know what you decide.

I agree, my FI and his best man''s tux will be black, but their ties and vest won''t match..my FI will probably be ivory and his tie will be either black or ivory. His best man''s will be a cinnamon or burnt orange color to match the MOH dress. So having two different color suit will work as well.

Thanks for the help y''all!

After a little convincing, FI agreed that non-matching would be better, so we''ll order the Best Man''s suit in Bark. Maybe FI will let me take a pic of him in his fancy suit... he looks so handsome!

Oh and thank you for the compliments on the site! I hope it looks as nice in real life as it does in pictures!!

I''m glad you & your FI resolved this. I think the guys will look great in their coordinated, but not matching suits.

I''d love to see a pic of your handsome boy in his suit!
