Grilling Gone Wrong

We put a boston butt on our big green egg to smoke overnight for tomorrow. DH went out to check on it and needed to bring the heat back up. He opened the vents, came back inside and FORGOT ABOUT IT.

Yeah. We're going to the store to get a new one now.

I'm just thankful he diet carb the house on fire.

I know! The lid was actually shut because we were smoking. The flames resulted from opening the lid.
