Gridle reflection vs Crack

Hello can someone help me, I just got my ring refurbished and cleaned and I have noticed this line across my diamond, can someone tell me if this is the gridle reflection or maybe a crack? I have had it for for 10 years and never noticed this, this is the first time I have sent it away to be completely cleaned, thank you
