Tonight I used Greek yoghurt in my mash potatoes instead of the usual milk or sour cream. I added a little garlic as well and it was sooo tasty and creamy.
As a quick afternoon snack I defrosted some frozen berries in the microwave until they were just warm, soft and all the juice was runny. I mixed them through the yoghurt. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the tartness.
I've started a new health plan with no dairy but Greek yoghurt is encouraged so I'll be using it to substitute a lot of other things in the coming weeks.
