For flavor, try adding cinnamon, vanilla bean paste or honey.

I think it is very similar to the stuff at the bottom of the individual yogurts that you have to mix together, except this way you can better control the amount. It does cut the sour.
Oh, and you can try using it as sour cream too!

I first tried Fage after reading a thread here, and it took a while to get used to. I felt like I was eating straight sour cream, which didn't sit right. I just kept adding things until I found combinations I liked.
This sounds delicious.hawaiianorangetree|1338276570|3205369 said:add garlic and mint and eat it as a savoury dip. Also goes really well with lamb dishes and things like wraps and as a salad dressing...

I usually mix my 1% plain greek yogurt with fresh or frozen berries, some oatmeal or granola or cereal, and some honey or one packet of sugar (much less than preflavored yogurts). I love love love greek yogurt and it's super healthy so it's worth finding a combo you like!
PS - I also read a stat (somewhere...) that eating yogurt daily can reduce your risk of preterm labor!
