i have egg whites every morning for breakfast. i am too lazy to make them fancy...so i just scramble up some from a container with salt and pepper and sometimes a little 2% cheese. omelet wise you can pretty much add anything...i like mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese as my favorite, with green onions. but honestly, most mornings i just scramble them and make a piece of center cut (50 cals) bacon and a 1/2 fiber english muffin and that''s all i need.
I''m a huge white omelet fan. I have a wierd combination that consists of egg whites, with fresh salsa and some freshly grated parmasean cheese. I also have an addiction to Lawry''s seasoned salt so I do tha on occasion. Sometimes I use some of the soy sausage patties and cut them up and use those too. Other times I use them as as whole omelet and add whatever I have in my refrig. I am a huge fan of cilantro, so that usually does the trick for me...or red onions, or whatever I have that sounds good...even chopped up asparagus wth Lawry''s. Yummmy...the list of options is endless.
