As you guys know that I had a change of heart on my setting and it is always costly.
I was just doing a random search on JA's website and saw their chat is still on this late at night, so I figured I'll try to chat with them and see if there is anything that they can do.
They have a 60 days full refund police but my ring was bought about 8 months ago.
I had a great chat with Greg. He said he doesn't know if I will be able to receive credit going towards a new custom ring with them but I was just happy with the fact that they even try to take their busy holiday time to help me instead of just say "sorry, it's past the 60 days return police".
Either way I'm very happy with their service and just want to write something about it!
