I have an elderly neighbor who still wants to live on her own even though she shouldn't. This looks like a good compromise between maintaining some independence and privacy while still being looked after by family.

And offering some privacy to the caregivers, too...

I think it's great (although I can see how some people will look at it as like "just putting the person out there all by themselves.")

Interesting concept. In the right situation this could be a great option. I am sure my disabled family member would really love something like this. Thanks for sharing.
