Grading Labs for Fancy Diamonds

Hi everyone. I have done some reading on this site and the information is great!
Living in Europe, unfortunately there isn''t a lot of information for us. I am looking at a fancy intense yellow diamond and it was graded by HRD in Antwerp.
What is their reputation and can the label FIY be trusted. I know, when buying a fancy it is important to use your eyes. I have, and I like the color. I just was wondering if the report is worth its money.

HRD is considered among the trade as a very reputable lab with consistent and conservative grading, comparable for the most part with GIA Gem Trade Laboratory grading (in my opinion).

I would trust an HRD designation of FIY.
