Recieved the ring today from JA.......too bad my digital camera sucks and I can't get a clear pic of it

its is soooo gosh darn great! so clear and so full of light bursting out from it.....
My one ? is this,,,,,when the ring is in direct artificial light I can see many colors in it,,is that from the things around me in the room? When I then put it in a shadow enviorment the colors go away and then its looks sparkly as heck but clear as heck (pure clarity),,,,in a good way
All in all I'm happy ,,,we'll see what the SO says......
PS people talk about knocking dealers down on price all the time and I only managed to get $45 more off the pricescope price from JA.....should I have gone for more? Is their price on PS already a good deal? Thanks,

I think it is rare to get the most known vendors to go down in price because they are already selling at very competitive prices. I paid the listed price for all three diamonds I bought from WF and GOG. I had compared prices in local stores, and I felt their prices were fair for what I was getting, and that was much better quality for the money.

But we need pictures, so work on that! Most cameras have a little flower that signifies a macro lens for close-ups.

Oh, and the indoor lighting will cause a stone to take on color. So will the wall color, etc. Outside light not in the direct sun is the best light to judge true color, IMO.

Your stone sounds lovely, and like it''s doing what it''s supposed to!

As for getting a better price, ds covered most of it. The only thing I''ll add is, JA usually has the best prices to begin with, so definitely don''t feel like you overpaid.

Please try and post pics!

You got a very good price with the ps discount. Also, what you are describing is a normal quality of well-cut stones.
