Hi guys,
I received my loose diamond the other day from B2C and the stone looks beautiful with lots of fire and sparkle. After months of research on pricescope, I mainly choose this stone because AJA/NAJA tool rated it 1A and HCA rated it 1.6 (Excellent for fire, scintillation, and light return, but very good only for spread). However, I am no expert but it just looks a little small to me. I guess this can be expected due to the a 62% depth. What do you guys think from the specs, would this diamond look small for its size to you? What should a 1.4ct stone measure. B2C has a 30 day return policy.
Here are the specs for the stone:
GIA Certified
Round Brilliant
Measurements:7.16x7.20x4.45
Carat: 1.41
Color: F
Clarity: VS1
Table%: 56
Depth%: 62
Crown Ht%: 15.5
Crown Angle: 35
Pav Angle: 40.8

Also, I came across another diamond with a smaller depth, but it's about $1000 more in price. HCA rated the stone 1.0 but AJA/NAJA rated is 1B. Which stone would you guys prefer just looking at the numbers? I just want to buy the best engagement stone possible.
