Good Purchase?

I have been looking at a few diamonds to purchase at a local brick & mortar with a jeweler I have worked with previously many times and have come across two particular diamonds that I want opinions on whether: 1. it is a good purchase and 2. Which one is a better option. Here are the AGS certificates for each of them. Really appreciate valuable feedback.
