The potentially great light return of this stones costs you about 1k (the difference from the cheapest G-SI1 1.15-1.2cts I could possibly locate in 10 min of internet inspection). The numbers available for the stone (sure you did run the HCA, right?) indicate that this diamond could look great: the only way to know is see it or ask for some direct analysis of light return - if this is what you are after.

G-SI should be a good choice for a white, (hopefully) clean diamond without biting into those "invisible" high grades which do not affect the look of the actua stone too much.

Is this a H&A ? I would like to know more about this before paying a premium, unless 1/5 of total cost is not an issue. Percentage or not, the amount is not large and the stone should already be better than most out there without further notice, I would say...

Scores 1.6, TIC, Ex/Ex/Vg/Vg on the HCA. Could be a real sparkler.

Average PS Vendor asking price for a comparable diamond is $5380, so price looks good too.

You might want to contact the Vendor for pics, and close-up pics of the inclusions, or a verbal description, and an Ideal Scope image.

Good sounding prospect!
