Good Old Gold Custom Settings?

Hi, I live in Canada and have considered ordering from Good Old Gold but I want a custom setting. Would they be able to do this for me if I sent them photos of what I want?

Many jewellers in Vancouver refuse to set a stone that we did not purchase from them so it makes it difficult to buy loose stones from the US.

What if you inherited a diamond from grandma? Would they still refuse to set it?
