Good hotels in South Beach?

Hi guys!

DH and I are heading to Miami/ the Keys next week, and we want to stay at a nice hotel preferably on the beach or near the beach. (maybe South Beach) for a couple nights before we head to the Keys. I need some recommendations please!! You guys helped me out big time last year with picking a spot in Vegas, so I''m turning to you once again

Hi Rosebud,

Loews is really nice, and right on the beach. Also the Ritz-Carlton is beautiful. I used to frequent South Beach 2-3 times per yr (in my single days- ha ha), but havent been down there the past 2 years.......I know they are constantly knocking down alot of the older art deco hotels and rebuilding new ones every day. But I have personally stayed in those 2 hotels I mentioned and they are great!!! SB is so fun- definitely one of my fave places for sure!
