I don''t, will they normally give you the full report if requested? If not, what else should I ask for?

I think most people reccomend running round diamonds throught the HCA tool

So for that you need crown angle and pavilion angle. With the caret weight and the actual report number you can look up the report online on GIA''s website. So the easiest thing to do would be to ask them for the certification #. I am pretty new here as well but I know I have heard several comments that a table size of 57% or lower can be desireable I don''t actually know the reasoning behind this one though.

With an SI2 I would make sure your comfortable with the inclusions. You don''t want to drop 10 grand and then constantly notice that black inclusion.

thanks, i will ask them for the number. The stone looked clean to me with no black spots that I could see using the loupe though I am not an expert.
