If I didn't have to be at work today I'd take more pictures, but alas to fund this habit I do have to make some sacrifices...

For my ring i was inspired by StepCutNut's Pink Lady ring. I was thinking to make it more masculine and me, I would ditch the kite sidestones and do something similar to this setting



Of course modified to fit my pear. I like the idea of light being reflected up into the pavillion and also the color reflected back onto the metal. With my stone, the dimensions would lend itself to a daintier setting which I prefer over that honking blue stone and would be more like SCN's ring.
