GOG question

If I provide GOG with a setting, can they set a stone that I purchase from them? How does this work? If I'm looking to set a Square H & A, is the prongs suppose to be made for a square, princess or cushion or what? Need fast responses. Thanks!

Since you need a really fast response, I''d pick up the phone and call them directly to get answers to your questions. Doesn''t seem to make much sense for us to answer for GOG.

If you are purchasing the stone from GOG they will be happy to set your stone in the setting you provide. But best to call as Rod said and double just check to be safe.

Hi,

They will set the stone you buy from them in a mounting that you bought elsewhere as long as you send them a picture of the mounting to [email protected] so that they can determine if we they will work on it. If they decide to take on the job, they will forward you an estimate of the labor. They are not responsible for anything that happens to your mounting during or after they have worked on it. They also will not be held liable for manufacturers defects on settings purchased elsewhere.

I have bought a diamond from them, and I am currently looking for a setting for them to set it into.
