Gluten-Free Water?

I think it is easy to satisfy modern consumers:

Gluten-free water - containing no wheat, barley or rye
Kosher water - containing no pig DNA
Range-raised water - taken from a reservoir under an open air
Organic water - carbonated
Non-GMO - neither of its hydrogen or oxygen atoms has been generically modified

So you can put it all on the label, and sell it on GOOP at triple prices!

You left off:

Caffeine-free water - I can't sleep if I have caffeinated water after noon.
Alcohol-free water - pay attention all you 'Designated Drivers'!

BUT-- does this gluten-free water still contain Dihydrogen monoxide?

On a serious note, our well water is quite acidic, which would erode the pipes, so we have a chemical feeder pump to neutralize it. The water also contains minerals that make it taste a bit "off", so we had a whole-house carbon filter installed as well. Now our tap water tastes just fine.

I don't worry about the water, but I do worry about the 100 plus year old plumbing, we run everything through a Berkey for drinking water.

My conditioner has a gluten free label on it.

Gluten-free shampoo and conditioner is a real thing - some people have reactions to gluten in cosmetics. With Celiac disease, a person has to ingest it to react, however there is a risk of accidental ingestion with shampoo and conditioner.

Labeling water as gluten-free though...
