It depends on the man. Some can pull it off but I think it shouldn''t be worn in professional environments.

Not loving the look.

LOL (laughing because I just answered Kenny's thread)...

Yes, I like diamond studs on men (my hubby wears small ones around .2 tcw).
I agree that the huge "blinged out" studs look ridiculous on men... I would say my limit on size would be around 1ctw.

Bliss - I like the concept of DH ear shots!!!

Posh - glad I''m not the only one with a stud toting spouse.

Seriously, I don''t mind at all, as long as it''s just one and it''s a reasonable size (i.e. not too big).

I do however think it looks wierd when a man wears earrings in both ears.

I know it is unfair, but no - not for me.

DITTO!

Not a fan really.

I think that it looks better on some than on others. I have seen men wear tiny studs and I didn''t really mind that. I don''t like earrings in both ears and I personally think hoops are worse than studs.

How timely for this question…this exact situation just came up with my fiance...

We were in Seattle, and my sweetie recounted a story saying that his mother would "roll over in her grave" if he, or any of her 8 other sons, ever came home wearing an earring. I had the perfect solution. We went into a cheap store (Spencers), and I got him a magnetic earring. It''s a small cubic zirconia, and works using a magnetic back. The magnet grabs the stud right through his earlobe and holds it there. Honestly, you can''t tell it''s not real. My guy LOVES the thing! He''s quite conservative, so he feels very cool now. I think it''s adorable that it makes him so happy, there was no pain involved, and it only cost me $5

He had his big baseball wrap-up party the other week, and decided to wear it in front of all the guys. The 1st thing out of their mouths was "This is Allyson''s doing, isn''t it? 1st you''re dressing better...now you''ve got your ear pierced. Who are you, dude?! What have you done with our friend?!"

My baby is happy with his fabulous fake, and his deceased mother isn''t doing aerobics in her final resting place. It''s a win-win

(However, should he ever ask to borrow my diamond chandalier drop earrings, I may have to draw the line

Definitely NO!

I like it, my husband wears my original ering diamond, it is .18ct

Eh. Not a big fan.

It would never happen. If the diamond was crap, I''d rip it out. If the diamond was worth wearing, I''d rip it out and wear it.

So no, no, no!
