(Oh, and disregard that I wear one. I want the truth, not compliments.)

I enjoy seeing men wearing all kinds of jewelry because I know we could have some great conversations. However but - I don''t trust a married man who wears better jewelry than his wife.

YES!!! I really like diamonds on men... and if I could have afforded it I would have gotten my hubby bigger diamonds in his wedding band... actually one day I hope to upgrade him to something like your ring or JoeNewbies...

That brings up a question but I I''ll ask it in a new thread.

Ditto!!! DH didn''t want diamonds when we got married, but now he''s totally into it. Someday.... hopefully sooner rather than later!!

I showed him this ring and the man was positively drooling. I like step cuts on guys for some reason.

My dad wears one on his right pinky that my mom gave him years ago (had to be in the 1970s??) all the time. I see nothing wrong with it

His wedding band also has a diamond in it and he still wears it as well.

My husband has a gorgeous wedding band with 5 diamonds in it. They range in size from about .15-.20, the largest is in the center. When we were shopping for wedding bands for him, I mentioned he could get A diamond, but he chose a ring with FIVE instead, LOL. It is NOT a feminine looking ring at all, and he has large, very masculine looking hands and it looks GREAT on him. it''s held up well over the years, but has seen its share of damage and has managed to survive repairs and looks great. He gets TONS of compliments on it too...I am happy he has a blingy ring and is proud to be married to me. I guess it''s the feeling a guy gets when his fiance/wife has a beautiful ring! I am proud to say he is mine and is taken and he has good taste to boot!

I''m still working on MY upgrade...my wedding ring was stolen over two years ago...I have a temporary set right now, but am waiting for our 25th anniversary to get my forever ring!

I think it''s great.

If it suits the guy, awesome! Some guys can pull it off, others look like fools. It''s all about the attitude, I guess.

Sorry, I''m not a fan of it. . .but I''m probably in the minority on this one.

The only jewelry I like on a man is a plain wedding band.

YES!!! That is so elegant and manly and tasteful. If only FI saw it that way

My husbands ring has three inset princess cuts set kite. And he wanted even MORE bling than that. I thought it was the cutest thing ever.

If he appreciates jewelry why not. Not same answer if parter wears inferior pieces.

If it''s tasteful and masculine and the guy loves it I say why not.

I like it when their wedding bands have diamonds. I also don''t mind rings with other than diamonds in it. When I was growing up my mom dated a guy who wore an onyx ring. I really liked that.

I don''t think that I would like seeing a man with a diamond solitaire. This may be wrong, but I think some things are for women and some are for men. Like wouldn''t you think it odd for a man to wear a dangling earring or a journey pendant?

There are very few diamond bands that I like on men.... I have no idea why. My father never wore one growing up... and FI does NOT want diamonds, but he does joke about getting one. I honestly think most men don''t care.

too much competition

I think I prefer a plain band for my own DH. But the step cut band is gorgeous!

I don''t mind if a guy has a diamond or multiple on his wedding band. I like the look, personally. I tried to convince FI but he just doesn''t think it''s for him...

I like it! Of course I am biased because my husband wears 1.

Yes. DH got a diamond ring as his wedding band upgrade even before we upgraded my e-ring!

I think a tasteful diamond wedding ring on a guy is sexy!

DF, I don't recall.
Do you wear a diamond?

I think of you as wearing only that watch in your avatar.

Pics or link please (of your diamond ring).

I certainly can relate to that.
Good thing I bought my bling when I could.
There is NO blingbudget in this household now either.
