girdle Q: what does "-" mean?

I''ve often seen the girdle listed as "-" when searching for a stone online.

Is it because info isn''t known or does that mean it''s a frosted/bruted girdle?

I''ve always wondered but never thought to ask... just curious- thanks!!

It means the wholesaler who has the diamond did not provide that information to the merchant. You''d have to call to get the girdel info.

If you get in contact with USCERT post up how the service is, I would like to hear about it just to know for whenever I make my wedding band purchase. Always good to have more options I suppose.
