Home Gift for Big Sister

We are invited to the one month celebration (Chinese tradition) for our friends'' son in a couple of weeks. We will be giving the parents the traditional red envelope for the baby, but I want to get something for the big sister who is 21 months since our friend stated that her DD is feeling neglected. Anyways I am not sure what to get because I don''t know if I should get just a small toy or something that helps her understand that she is a BIG sister. I don''t think Meena (my 23 months old) really understand that she is a BIG sister, so our friends'' DD probably doesn''t either. So what do you think is appropriate?
