Should I be concerned with these differences?
GIA CERT:
Round Brilliant
Measurements: 6.80 - 6.87 x 4.12
Weight: 1.15 carat
Depth: 60.3%
Table: 56%
Girdle: Medium, Faceted
Cutlet: None
Polish: Excellent
Symmetry: Excellent
Clarity: VS2
Color: I
Flourescence: None
Price: $5,175
SARIN REPORT:
Weight: 1.15 carat
Diam.: 6.82 (6.8-6.83)mm
Depth: 4.13mm 60.6%
Crown: 34.8 15.2%
Pavil.: 40.5 42.8%
Table: 3.82mm 56%
Cutlet: 0.6% Very Small
Girdle: 1.0% avg (0.7-1.5%)
The GIA certificate states the Depth at 60.3%, not 60.6%. Also, is a cutlet of 0.6% considered none by GIA standards?
I have read that a girdle avg. of 1.0% is considered thin, but GIA says medium, faceted. I know there are often differences in the reports, so are these differences negligible?
I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
