GIA reports

Hi, I have a question about the GIA grading reports. At one time I was checking all of the excellent cut stone on the HCA. The stones I was double checking was the ones from James Allen. They always scored excellent. So I stopped checking as long as I was on the James Allen's website. Now I am looking at another vendors website and I was checking their GIA excellent cut stones and they are scoring terrible. Why the difference, shouldn't GIA excellent cut be excellent always. Just wondering!

GIA tends to round so that can attribute to the difference in scores.
