From the GIA report:

Measurements: 6.76 - 6.80 x 4.13 mm
Carat Weight: 1.20 carat
Color Grade: F
Clarity Grade: VS2
Cut Grade: Very Good

Proportions:
Depth: 60.9%
Table: 60%
Crown Angle: 34.0°
Crown Height: 13.5%
Pavilion Angle: 40.8°

Star length: 50%
Lower Half: 75%
Girdle: Thin to Thick, Faceted (4.5%)

This diamond looks much better, a good 60 60 type ( 60% depth/ 60% table).

Watch; Now that everyone says this is a nice stone, he won''t be able to come through on it. This is called "My Luck"

lol

Think positive ambo!!!! If it is the one it will work out.

So the jeweler was able to get his hands on this stone. He said he''s taking a hit doing a direct exchange for this stone with the first one he sold me which is understandable.

In the end, it''s a GIA 1.2 F VS2 (vg/ex/ex). What''s that worth?

Only thing that scares me is it has an "extra facet". I don''t know what that means!!!

see attached fellas

no problem with that. The inclusions are listed in order of significance, meaning the crystal inclusion is the grade setting inclusions for VS2, everything below that is equal or smaller than that magnitude, the extra facet probably rated a VS1 with in being listed last.

thanks stone cold. I gave the "go" on this stone. You''ve greatly put my mind at ease. I was thinking I was going to get a stone that looked lopsided and retarded.

I was wondering; how it can get a Sym grading of EXCELLENT with an extra facet. lol

Good luck. :)

Perfect. Sounds right up my alley price wise.

I hate my brother. He got an EGL 1.27 F VS2 (appraised F VS2 by a GIA certified appraiser) with a custom setting with .5 carats for $7k

He got lucky with his EGL, me on the other hand, did not.
This doesn''t really mean all that much you know. And it doesn''t speak to cut quality at all. Your diamond will most likely be more attractive, if the comparison matters.
