Hello everyone!
To make a long story short, I'm in a rush to propose to my lovely lady. Pretty much, as soon as I get the ring, I'm going to pop the question. I tried to do as much research as possible with my limited amount of time (I'm taking 24 credit hours in engineering, that's like having 2 jobs almost
), but I'm pretty stuck on what to do. One of my friends recommended I ask you kind folk on this site for advice.
So, me and my girlfriend have been completely open as to what kind of ring she wants. There are two options:
1) Tacori Dantela 2620 RDLGP and a smaller stone
2) Plain setting, bigger stone
Ideally platinum, because we both agreed she is too clumsy for a delicate metal
If I go with option 1, where can I get the biggest stone possible. I'm only looking for something that is "eye clean". I've been looking at "whiteflash", so far that's the best one I can find.
If I just do the plain setting, where can I get the best bang for my buck? I liked "blue nile" so far, but I'm not sure on quality and stuff.
My budget is $10000 - $13000 Canadian.
Thanks a lot for everyone's time and advice!
