i really like the excellent/excellent for polish and symmetry on the 1.50, but the 1.51 is bigger.
without an idealscope image it''s hard to say what the diamonds would look like however.

Thanks Belle - Do you know if Bluenile provides this information?

you''re quite welcome.
bluenile does not provide this information. they are a drop shipper (meaning they never see the stone). if you are set on buying from them, i would go with the stone that has excellent polish/symmetry. these attributes are not something that your eye will see, but it means that the cutter took time with the stone. for me, it''s just a little extra added insurance for this unknown.

Belle,

Thanks for the reminder...that BN is both a drop shipper, and also, probably the most successful internet vendor going...with their success coming with less than best practices... is it a wonder that not all the vendors here insist on bringing in diamonds before being sent out, if a distributor/manufacturer is used for the selection of the diamond. Thank goodness for some of the small details offered by some vendors, that benefit the many readers and shoppers here.
