Hi, Im new to this forum and find it really informative and interesting. I was wondering if anyone could give me their ideas on a Gassan 121 diamond which my boyfriend bought for me a year ago in the Gassan factory in Amsterdam. I will list the details as shown on the diamond grading report in a second. I think what I mainly would like to know is if anyone out there has purchased a similar cut to this? It does sparkle, but especially in natural daylight, when i look down directly onto the top of it I can see what seems to be a flatness or darker area almost. It cant be the inclusion as it is shown on the grading certificate in another area of the stone. I just wondered from the following specs if this stone should have more fire. Im a bit of a novice but am really interested in what makes a good diamond buy.
