Hi All,
I know some of you were interested in my progress through the G.G. program w/ GIA so I thought I''d post an update. I just finished my 3rd course tonight. That course was Colored Stone Essentials. In my own life, I''m much more of a diamond girl and haven''t paid too much attention to colored stones. However I must have picked up a few things here and there (probably mostly on PS) and I actually did really well on this course. I completed the final tonight (online) and only missed 1 question! yay!
I have to thank T-Gal though, if it wasn''t for her pad search, re-search and gorgeous ring by Leon, I probably would have missed that question! LOL
So now I''m going to start my 4th course (Colored Stone Grading) which will probably take me 2-3 months (they will allow up to 18 months for this course) but I haven''t had problems speeding things up with the previous courses. After that I have (3) labs, which I''ll need to take on campus - in Carlsbad, CA, which will take 3 weeks total and then I''ll have 1 final course called Gem Identification (which is kinda freaking me out)!
I''m about halfway there, can''t wait to be Asscher_Girl G.G.!!!!!
