He was in the e-collar because he had emergency surgery. All of our kitties typically sleep on their backs with their bellies exposed. And in that last picture, well the pup didn''t like it that he was sleeping in *her* tube. (She thinks she''s a cat, too.)

Haven -- our cats sleep on their back all the time, too. It looks so funny. One of them even bends himself in half first, then flops over on his back. It doesn''t look comfortable, but he hangs out that way all the time.
