From a ring to a pendant to a ring

So I bought this ring from a antique store in California. It sported a beautiful diamond OEC 5mm. (I forgot to take a picture of the setting with the diamond in it, so here is just a side view)

Then I took the diamond out and set this sapphire in the setting.

I then took the diamond and had it set into a half bezel pendant.

But then I found a bigger diamond .90 OEC tbat I had CVB set for me in a rose gold pendant

So the poor small pendant languished in a drawer. So I bought a pair of rubys from enhoering jewelry and had my jeweler make my lonely diamond back into a ring.

Does anyone else DO this? Ha ha I cant be the only one

no, I have no idea what you are talking about...

I have never had a pair of studs, and turned them into a pair of diamond halo dangles and fantasized about turning those into a killer cuff...

Nope, not me.

Or had a baroque necklace and matching bracelet turned into a triple strand bracelet.
