will there be less brilliance/fire or pretty much even from naked eye? or too hard to tell w/o IS?

IS is needed as you know Bun and also just check with JA that the cloud noted on the plotting diagram isn''t interfering with brilliance ( unlikely but best to check), both this and your existing diamond should be great performers but as to any performance nuances between them its hard to say without more info on each and even then it is only speculation. Suffice to say from the info given the new diamond could be a great looker!
