French Cut Diamond

What is a french cut diamond? I''ve seen a few bands with these and I was wondering what that cut is or like.

Just found my answer on google...

French Cut - small baguette or square accent stones with
additional diagonal facets on the table.

The ones I''ve seen almost look like an ascher cut on top.
