I'll be thinking of you. Please do try to get in sooner. Sit there in the office until they see you if that is what it takes. I was told once that they schedule some "emergency room" into the schedule so that they can squeeze people in if it is really important. Not sure if they all do it that way, but there are always cancellations and stuff.

The OP is from Canada. Another poster from Ontario posted about it on page 1 about needing certain forms. So it may not be that simple like here in the US.
